Mimi Plange Dazzles at MB Fashion Week Africa

Hello world, first of all I would like to apologize for the time I took to upload the blog again, I don't have internet anymore and crunch time mode is on: Exams are here! But I took a little break just to post this gorgeous collection from a designer who has been featured in this blog before: Mimi Plange! (Click here to view first post about this amazing designer).

Once again, we marvel at the sight of Mimi Plange's newest collection, showcased at the MBFWA a few weeks ago. Opting for sorbet pastel colours, beautiful embroidered frocks, stunning dresses that could be worn by the likes of anyone who loves a great sense of simplicity and detail - yes, with Mimi Plange's hands, it merges beautifully.
Take a look at her collection below:

Described by Vogue.It's Black blog:

Winner of the Designer of the Year - International award, was American-based Ghanaian designer Mimi Plange. Within her collection, Plange successfully fused Victorian Europe, pre-colonial Africa and modern American sportswear into extraordinary day, as well as evening looks. It was a soft colour palette which reigned, made up by mint, off-white and pink. Looks were mainly sleeveless or with puffy shoulders, and then there was also the floral theme going on, which made  appearances in the shape of subtle decorations on sleeves, pants and dresses.
