So, do you know Eliana? I remember I met her years ago, in a runway show. As a model. No, this is 2011, and it is not another Model Spy edition. Meet Designer Eliana Rodrigues Murargy - @ElianaMurargy.

Eliana is a fashion designer, born in Belgium, and raised all over the world, she has been living in countries like Switzerland, South Africa, and Mozambique, her parents are Mozambican - and, dare I to say, so is her heart. Eliana has been living in Brazil for the past 4 years, and studied Fashion Design in Brasilia, where she currently lives. Founded in 2008, MURADE - named after her Father's name, is a clothing brand.
Her first venture in the fashion world happened in the Mozambique Fashion Week, in 2008, and has been continued throughout the years, presenting her outstanding work at the Capital Fashion Week, in Brasil, ever since. Her most recognized work has been, undoubtedly the latest collection, in May 14, along with the launch of the brand, in a very fashionable event. Her launching collection was honored with the presence of VIPs from Brazil, including beautiful actress Isis Valverde - @isisvalverde , who is her close friend, and did not want to miss this special moment. |

Along with this work came the recognition of her hard work, Eliana has some garments for sale at the Gilberto Salomão shopping, in Lago Sul, and 10% of her sales will go for the Fundação Vida Positiva.

No wonder she says, and well said - her clothing line is "Elegant, Stylish, ,Exclusive and sophisticated!". Murade has clean cuts, black - oh yes, the black is a must! This collection was inspired by the work of architect Frank Gehry's deconstructed work - says she entered "the never ending trip mood" of his work. Well done!
In an all black presentation, MURADE gave us a look at elegant clothing, sexy but discreet, detailed and structured. This is not your average LBDs or safe dress, these are purely Statement pieces.
All we can do now, is wait for her to make her launch in Mozambique, so we can finally start purchasing MURADE, as I am sure many of her friends and people who know here, are anxious to do! And of course, all around the world!

hello, i've seen her work on runways... and then i found her page and i was really amazed with the work , with the details on the dresses.. it is really beautiful.... i think she is bringing out her talent and showing that success is closer to those who really work for it ...
